Within the last 2-3 years these apartments have really begun falling apart, and management does not seem to care. Very slow to respond when repairs are needed - if they respond at all. Snow removal was slow last winter. Resident's air conditioning off for over a week in mid-summer before it was fixed -- remember, these are elderly people who could become ill or worse in high heat. False ceiling panels in apts are sagging; high weeds in yards full of dandelions; atrium ceiling leaks and no repair is planned.
Rents are market rate and residents don't deserve this.
