Based on my own recent experiences, I would lend far more credence to a negative feedback than a positive one, which itself could have likely been put up by the business owner themselves or their representatives/employees.
I have found attorneys as a professional classification with whom I have conferred in attempting to obtain representation by and large to be unprofessional, rude, and ignorant of the law in their own specialties. Many are so egotistical that they become irate if their prospective client has a greater familiarity with the applicable civil codes than do they, and for that reason I take quite a lot of stock in negative attorney reviews.
This is not to say that this particular firm is what the negative reviewers say it is, but a 5-star review refuting the negative reviewers and further characterizing them as former disgruntled employees has serious problems with credibility and raises further questions about how this employer treats its employees...
