You never really know about what kind of service you will get from your insurance agency until you need them and I hope most will never need them.
However, we did. Unfortunately we had an accident and yes it was our fault. We had a great deal of damage to the front end of my wifeâ??s baby (yes a car is not just steel and rubber to her). Marty Roberts and the farm Bureau just took over. We had the car towed to the repair shop of our choice. Within an hour of the accident Farm Bureau Insurance had called and reserved a rental car for us and had made arrangements with the repair shop. We never had to worry about a thing included the money (which was taken care of within 2 days)
My wife's baby was fixed to her satisfaction and she is now on the road again.
