I've had two opportunities to enjoy the work of ""Catering With a Twist"". My first experience was at a friend's wedding. Now don't get me wrong, it was a great wedding and I had a great time dancing and laughing with friends, but the dinner was the highlight for me. I bet I talked about the prime rib for the next two weeks. I even did something I never do: I made a point to sneak back into the kitchen to meet and compliment the chef, Kassie. We chatted for a few minutes and I casually asked if she ever did smaller, less formal events. I had been planning a get together with some friends and thought maybe I'd suprise them with some truly good food instead of just a bowl of chips and some dip.
Pros: An amazing array of options
Cons: My wife can't cook like this
