This company left me stranded in a parking lot for 3 1/2 hrs on 20May. When i first called them they said it'd be an hour, after 1 1/2 hr i called back they told he was on his way and would be there w/in 1/2 hr, an hour later tow still not there i called back and dispatcher told me i had an attitude problem. Attitude problem? They then told me he was on his way and would be there w/in 15 min, after again waiting 1/2 an hour i called different company that got there w/in 1/2 hr. I never received an apology and dispatcher was extremely rude. Never use this company as they treat customers as nuisances. I would give negative stars in possible.
Pros: They may or may not have tow trucks
Cons: You'll never find out since they don't show up
