The manager is dishonest and aggressive towards customers and the employees. When I experienced this in the store it upset me so much that I called the district manager to report the incident. The district manager never called me back. The name of the game of this Radioshack is maximum profits. And those profits are a value they hold above customer satisfaction. So, the management knows nothing about sound business practices. The place kind of reminds me of a used car lot for electronics- high pressure sales, dishonest sales practices, and a very uncomfortable atmosphere. If you do decide to go there make sure the younger gentleman with dark hair helps you. He's the only rational one that works there. Lastly, don't even attempt to return an item. It's not worth the stress. They work on commission so every time you return something they lose earnings from their sales ... which makes them sad and nervous ... and you can feel the tension in the air.
