Our HOA in Carrboro has contracted with Valley Crest and what a mistake!! Not only do they provide poor service (using a heavy riding mower over wet soil and not mowing areas that need a smaller mower) but their lack of consistency in addressing routine lawn care is amazing! The workers come and go with little regularity and minimal care is taken to actually ""beautify"" the entrance to our subdivision. The absence of adhering to a scheduled or needed period of maintenance with no regard to weather patterns is reflective of their work quality. DO NOT USE!
