I've been doing pilates at least 1x/week for 7 years now. I've been to multiple studios on both Coasts and worked with instructors of all methods (Stott, PhysicalMind, Classical). I can honestly say Robin is one of the best instructors I've had. Her superior attention to form results in your body getting the most benefit from the exercise, as you simply cannot 'muscle through' things. I've been having privates all winter, and she helped me stay injury free as I trained for the LA Marathon. I've also tried her mat class and that too is one of the best i've tried...very challenging. I had a recent injury and she really tailored my workouts in such a way to help me recover.
