I had this maid service come last Friday, for a once a month cleaning. The cleaning crew did an excellent job. When I called to have them come in once a month, they said that they reserved Fridays for their weekly or biweekly cleaning customers. This was not mentioned to me when I made my first appointment. I felt that they were trying to scam me into paying for cleaning more often then I needed it.
