Terry Lodge, the Owner, is a closed-minded person. He doesn't value his customers or his fellow Owners in his local business community; He's happy to take money out of their pockets, but won't give them a single minute of his time, which could give him even more money, but without any bad feelings. Taking just a little bit of time to care about one's customers and community could be very productive and lucrative. What a pity that he doesn't understand that. I wouldn't recommend giving him any of your money either, unless he can show that he has earned it.
