I have to say after going to this Doctor for many years I had a very trying experience with her & her staff. She is an okay Doctor if you have a cold or something mild but in an emergency please go somewhere else!! I was admitted into the Hospital and was there for over a week without even a phone call or visit to see if I was living or dead. I had to deal with all strange Doctors. Through all this I had to file a claim with TDI for I was going to be home for 4 weeks after the hospital stay. TDI sent all paperwork out to my Employer, the Hospital & the Doctor immediately. Everyone sent the paperwork back but the Doctor. After numerous calls, faxes & emails to them the claim paperwork finally was sent to TDI 1 day before I had to return to work. When I told her that it was handled in an unprofessional manner she called me up yelling that her office was not unprofessional. Well, Veronica had sent me for a CT at the incorrect facility a few weeks before and the office staff first told me they had rec'd my claim paperwork and the Doctor said she never rec'd it. I requersted all documentation from TDI and they had sent it to her immediately. Furthermore, she sent me a letter (which had to be signed for) stating that I find a new Doctor within 30 days. Did she really believe that I would return to her office!!!!!! I would not take my Dog there. If anything she reacted with such unprofessionlism by calling & sending such a letter. Looks can be deceiving!!!! I intend on persuing this further.
