I am a 25 year old female. I was driving down Flood Avenue in Norman when my car began to overheat. There was no where for me to pull over until I reached this business. My car began to shake and I was scared I was going to ruin my car. I pulled in popped the hood and tried to call my dad and boyfriend to come help me. I was in the lot for no more than 3 minutes when a man came out and began to lock the gates without even asking if I needed anything. I went over and asked if there was another way for me to exit. The man rudely said I could exit another gate (pointed that way) if I left in the next 5 minutes or he was going to lock that gate too. I barely got the words ""my care overheated"" out of my mouth before the man said ""what do you want me to do about it!"" I calmly stated ""can I have a minute"" at which point he rudely said ""do you want me to stay here until your car is done."" I looked at him in disbelief and he said ""really I want you to tell me what I'm supposed to do!"" I was in Awe of the rudeness someone could display at an alone female driver who was clearly upset and having car trouble. He never asked me if I needed help or if I needed to call someone. I would never do business with someone who was so heartless! I can not believe the RUDE, CARELESS actions of this man. I'm not certain if he was the owner or the manager but he was training someone so he was most likely one of the two. DO NOT do business with HATEFUL people!!!!!!!
