Rose's has relocated from 232 Shirland Ave, to 201 Short Street, near downtown Beloit, near The Beloit College, and off Braod Street. directly across the street from The Salvation Army. Outdoor seating, Outdoor grilling area, and a drive up window are still in the makings, alone with other renovations, and our meun has many new features.
