I had a consultation before anything, I was asked what I was expecting from my visit. They showed me pictures to determine the look that I wanted. The colorist explained what she was going to do and why and I was encouraged to ask questions. I was very relaxed and felt catered during the whole time. The staff was very friendly and respectful in general. By the end of my sesion I walk out to the counter very satisfied and knowing how much exactly I was going to pay. I have been around in salons quite a lot, even around the gables area and I must say... this was my best experience! I can't wait for my next time.
