Cook's World is one of my favorite local businesses. I have taken 2 cooking series here (The Basics of Cooking for Busy People (12 wks), and Baking 101 (4 wks)), several one night cooking classes (Knife Skills, Spices, French Cooking, and Italian Cooking), and the Wine 101 workshop, and I have always enjoyed my experience with this store.
Having started out my adventures in cooking only a few years ago with an extremely sparse kitchen, I've pretty much outfitted my entire kitchen with products from Cook's World and so far I've been extremely happy with the quality of everything I've purchased in the last few years.
I would definitely recommend Cook's World to anyone interesting in cooking classes in the Seattle area.
