I?ve taken several classes at Cook?s World both from the owner and from her guest chefs. I?ve entertained friends by taking them to classes and we?ve always had a wonderful time and the food excellent and plentiful. The owner is very knowledgeable, passionate about teaching and very attentive to her students. I am now very comfortable giving dinner parties and preparing good food for myself and friends, whereas before I was just about eating whatever was available, which was not usually a good food choice. The classes always speak to using good quality ingredients, promoting buying local and the safe handling and storage of food. The recipes provided are wonderful and easy to follow and include no weirdo ingredients as you would find from a recipe in food and wine magazine.
