Being a very health conscious person, I was always wary about delivery diets. I work out regularly, and eat healthily, however I managed to put on a few pounds over the last few months. A girlfriend of mine referred me to Zone Manhattan, saying it had worked wonder for her, so I thought ""can't hurt"". After some research, I found that they create fresh food, that is prepared and delivered daily (none of that frozen TV dinner stuff I had always assumed all delivery diets consisted of), and that they used no additives. I must say I was happily surprised with their food and service, and am happy to report that I am now at my goal weight.
