I paid up front for a year to get a discount. In their defense there is SMALL print on the contract that says they will auto renew unless you cancel which ticks me off had I read it I would not have done BUT non- the less I would have accepted and been done but it gets worse. The guy came and I said I thought my year was up and I was moving in a week..........He said he i had to cancel through the office, he couldn't cancel it, so while he was here I called the office........and you have to cancel IN WRITING......so as I was on the phone trying to cancel, he does his thing on the outside of my house. I get a late bill 2 months later........they would not let me cancel so I have now paid 92 dollars for a house I don't own. I tried to call and talk through it but they just wanted their money. Lesson learned Pros: After about 3 visits the spiders and such were gone Cons: Horrible customer service more
