In addition to poor telephone service (a 15 min hold time to make an appointment), a 45 minute delay to see a hygienist and then being told that my wait was justified since I was ""2 minutes"" late, I had to have my x-rays done 3 times because the tech was incapable of getting the proper pictures. During my visit, while stuck in the chair several employees complained about the dentist whom they worked for to one another while one was in tears. And that was just my FIRST phone call & visit.
