Work to be completed in days has turned into months. Commitments are not to be believed. They forget to submit orders for parts over and over which caused significant delays. They do not provide quotes unless you ask which they seem to forget to do, so after the long delays there is sticker shock. They do not call you when the work has been completed which leaved the customer with making phone calls to check on status which seems to annoy them. They have a 90 policy that is items are not picked up and paid for then they can sell they own the items which put the customer in a bad situation since you are always uncertain of the staus of the work. Prices are very high. Once the work is completed it has been done correctly. Pros: Work done correctly. Cons: Slow. Poor communications. High priced. more
