For the price, this place is amazing. My wife and I moved here a year ago, and we made the office people work up a storm. So many variables kept cropping up in our move, we were changing details daily. But the office kept up with the insanity, lol, we even finalized all the arrangements over the phone as I pulled the moving truck onto the property. KIM, Chayna (i think, pronounced SHAY-NUH), and Karen ROCK! ***okay personal stuff aside. The apartments are roomy, the carpet isn't questionable (we've had two apartments here now if that counts for anything a 1br, then a 2br) and it was clean when we moved in. everything functioned as it should. honestly, nothing to complain about. I found a dead bug in the window, but it's Charleston SC...what can you do? ***Then, a little bad crept in. Maintenance is odd, and I don't know if it's the maintenance guys or the system used to file issues. Whenever one of the workman came to our apartment, they were all about helping me fix god knows what. I had one of the guys fix the pipes under my kitchen sink, he also fixed my window screens, and snaked out my tub, which seemed to be draining slowly. so, yeah, my only complaint would be HOW LONG it took someone to get here, but with so many units, and the the prices the tenants pay (those who do pay) I can't really blame anyone. Now, my only real issues: The f**king a^^holes that live here. Inconsiderate stupid s**ts walking out on the streets yelling into their cell phones. The inconsiderate a*s clowns who blare their stereos and hang their a**es out of their pants, 'chillin' out around their rides attempting to look threatening and not illiterate. The poor b**tards who try to bum cigarettes off me when i smoke on my patio, and the white dumb a*s rednecks who bitch in the main office with all their stupid racial bullsh*t. This one guy went on for like ten minutes about how he hates mexicans, right there in front of one of the office woman! could she say anything? No, she would get in trouble because he's a f***ing idiot. Did I say anything? No, because, well, he's a f***ing idiot. and while he's one of the most disgusting LOOKING people in the area, he had the audacity to say how worthless these people were, AND I'M PRETTY SURE HE'S ON SSI AND WAS THERE LOOKING FOR AN EXTENSION ON HIS RENT! ---the long and short of it, the apartments are pretty nice, and the office staff are awesome, the price is great, but some of your neighbors will be annoying f**ks. Be good to the office, pay your rent on time, lol remind them of your work orders, and you'll be fine
