All I wanted was to have someone come look at a water heater, when I asked if his people would be readily identifiable he lost it. ERIC, the owner! This type of business is exactly why HG TV and the sorts are so popular. People would rather learn to do the work themselves. The worst "over the phone" attitude I've ever had to deal with!!! Too bad!
