I am the general manager of Vincent's Jewelers, I pride myself in the service we provide and the professionalism. I usually personally handle all items that have diamonds in them, as I am the main buyer for the store. speakthetruth888 came in on my day off. But I am not hiding behiind this fact. I will address the "rudness" with the employee, if true, it is unacceptable. As far as numbers, regretfully an appraisal means nothing, I can show you appriasals on homes done 2+ years ago, that the home can't sell for 1/2 the amount today. Jewery is no different.
