stayed here for graduation, booked ahead with spouse due to location, separate self park garage is convenient and fairly priced, would be nice if included in room price. room is spacious and nice view on 4th floor, choice at the desk of downtown view (quieter) or river view (street noise) we chose former and is nice, quiet and pleasant with view of old church steeples on Nielson St. Convenient to restaurants accross the street and up the hill, recommend old man raffertys (also has nice carry out deli for room munchies at good prices). Bed was comfortable and amenieties ok. I would suggest they add more plugs for lap top, phones, etc. and upgrade a/c which froze the desk area with blast while rest of room & bath stayed stuffy and hot. Setting tstat to 66 did not help even overnight, half the bed close to the vent was cold and the other half was hot. Strange in a single room. Lobby and public areas are the modern style architectural wasteland but ok for that syle. Grounds are spare but well maintained, Easy in and out from the front with lots of room. Overall ok but on the low end of what I expect for Hyatt
Pros: convenient, good service, good parking, good bed
Cons: room air poor, hallways need refurb,
