I have had to go back in three different times in a month, since they put on my new tires. I first had to go in for a vibration that started soon after I got the tires, due to the new tires being out of balance when they were put on. The other two times I had gotten a nail in a tire and had to have it patched, they rushed me along cutting me off mid-sentence while I was explaining what I needed, and when they had completed the task, I found both times that my spare tire was sitting in the backseat of my car. I am a very small woman so putting it back in the trunk is not an easy task for me. They all acted like they were too busy to help when I went back in to attempt to get help with the spare, completely ignoring me. I believe that next time I will pay extra somewhere else to get the customer service. Cons: Lack of Customer Service more
