The crew were hard-working and accommodating. However, they had to be watched closely, as they tended to be rough on the furniture. I caught one man trying to carry an antique desk down the stairs single-handed, without taking out or securing the drawers. After the move, the plastic corner fenders on my box spring were broken, and several other pieces had been nicked. When I reported this to the company, they were unsympathetic. Considering the damage, I would probably have been better off with one of the major moving companies, despite the cost difference.
