I was a patient of Gentle Dental when Dr. Amero was still there and he was great! He was kind, treated patients like friends, and explained procedures well. Around the time that he left, I lost my insurance. Once I got it back again, I decided to go back to Gentle Dental since I had such a good experience before. Now, they are terrible. I was told that I needed my wisdom teeth pulled and that I needed deep cleaning. (I knew those things already.) The hygienist told me that it would be better to do my deep cleaning after getting my wisdom teeth pulled. It took 3 weeks to even find out what it would cost to get them pulled. And in the end they didn't tell me, my insurance company did when I got fed up and called them. I had an appointment scheduled and the night before, I got a phone call canceling because the doctor decided not to work that day.
