Valet was very friendly and prompt, hostess was cheerful, we had a great table wtih an outstanding view, but our waiter was horrible. He needed lots of training. To start with he put down dirty and wet cocktail napkins on our table for our martinis, he brought the soup without a soup spoon, he did not check back to see if we needed anything, like a spoon for the soup, or to refill our wine glasses or to see if the steak was prepared properly to my liking. Unfortunately it was a raw filet that I ordered medium well, I never ate it because he never checked back with us until after the busser cleared the table. The lobster was excellent, the ceviche, pear salad, corn chowder were all very good. For the price you pay here, one should expect excellent service.
