Used to be a fave spot. This experience was from the Twilight Zone. We were refused every order placed. They ran out of the prime rib, touted as the weekend special. It was only 7 p.m. and our server assured us that he'd gotten our order in. They refused to put chicken atop the caesar salad (could only do that for lunch). And, refused to serve the burger for outside dining. I was welcomed to order and eat it at the bar (HUH???). It was definitely not a good look nor a good experience. Customer service was on ZERO.
