After taking my car to this shop for cheap oil changes I was happy. My only complaint was the front desk woman is rude and frequently seems like she hates the world.
When my check engine light came on I went to this shop because they had done decent work in the past. After several days with my car and $1500 later they said my car was ready. I attempted to leave the shop in my car and I could not back out of the parking space. I gave the shop 3 opportunities to fix my car, which they could not. I had my car towed to a second shop and the tow truck driver said, "This is the #1 shop that we tow cars out of." Yes the number 1 shop he tows cars away from because the shop either messes up the cars or they can't fix the problems people bring their cars in for.
I took the shop to court and won, so I got my money back but I could have saved some time and effort by going to another shop.
There are several other shops in the same mall that do much better more reliable, honest, and complete work.
Check the AAA or BBB websites and you will see that neither organization rates this shop highly.
Because of this incident there is a new front desk person and a new manager so your experience might be different but please be cautious.
