I needed my carpet and upholstery done immediately - scheduled in 2 days!! as soon as the crew arrived they told me what to expect (moved and blocked furniture, drying time, how long it will take, even made sure the cat didn't get outside!!) i told them of areas of concern due to cat urine and juice stains from children. i am amazed - looks like NEW!!!
