After reading through reviews both here and elsewhere online I think that Longmont Dairy just has customer service issues. Whenever there is a problem they will excuse you of wrong-doing. In my case, We just called them up to get service and they said we had an account go into collections with them.. which is crap. We don't recall ever having service with them before and when we asked for details they could not provide any. Not even an address for the residence. So we checked our credit reports for the last 6 years and there is certainly nothing there to support their claims. It's one thing to deny service.. but another to call someone out so rudely. They good news is that there are plenty of other dairy services in town who are just as good with a larger product line. I hope you find this useful. From what I have read the quality is top notch. Just bad service.
