The project started in September and finished April 1st. This was not a major project and initially we thought it would be finished within weeks of ordering the parts. A variety of problems ensued; parts not ordered correctly, wrong parts delivered, bad weather, all of which would be understandable but seldom did we get any followup from them. Personal visits, phone calls, none of them got a reaction. So 6 months after being put aside for other projects and finally getting them to show up at the house, they were finished in about an hour. We'd have walked away if we hadn't pre-paid for parts of this project, our fault. We won't be going back for anything.
