I have been a customer of Midas Glendale for about 4 years now. I recently discovered that Yuri is the owner and the operator of the franchised store. Not only is his service EXCEPTIONAL, but quality and price is beyond right. I used to take my vehicle to many other nationally recognized chains and Midas Glendale is by far the one who has EARNED my business and alllllll of my friends and family cars. Yuri is ALWAYS honest and straight forward with what my car needs. Half the time he doesn't even charge me for little stuff like bulbs of tire repairs. I use him for all of my oil changes, brakes, tune ups and they recently did a complete transmission job on my mother's van. Sometimes they take a while to service but the time is well worth the wait. Yuri is young guy but don't be fooled, he's been in the business for LONG TIME and knows cars but mostly SERVICE AND RESPECT. Sometimes you just get a good or bad vibe from shops, midas glendale is super clean and organized. The owner/operator is always hands on in whatever goes on in the shop. I have never seen him TAKE OFF FROM WORK which is crazy but Midas Glendale earns their business. They have a reputation that many shops don't. Hint, oil changes, come in the morning!!! Afternoons there get super bgusy and can take some time. I always drop the car off and walk next door to the Americana and hang out. Anyways, THANKS MIDAS GLENDALE AND THANK YOU YURI!!!
