That said, for larger jobs such as putting in a lawn make sure you get a warranty in writing, and do not use an outside lawn care provider as this nullifies any responsibility on their end. \r

Our concerns started within the first couple of weeks where large portions of sod were not looking good. We were told at that time it would green up and be fine, just give it a chance. We were meticulous with our watering through the summer. Even with that, large areas did not turn out well, either very thin, or completely dead.\r
