A few weeks ago, I went to this Pep Boys to get an alignment because they have the best price. I was told it would take 2 hours so I walked around the nearby stores for a little over an hour and then sat down inside Pep Boys to wait.. It took them 2 hours to tell me they didn't want to do an alignment because I needed a new part... A week later when I got the part, they said it would take 2-3 hours to complete the work.. and 6-7 hours later they were finished. I know places get busy and things are sometimes hard to do, but don't give me a time estimate if its completely bull$|-|*+.\r

A second time I went there because my car failed inspection and they are listed as an official Emissions Repair Facility. It took 4 people to go thru the codes and figure out what the problem was and IF they could fix it.. \r

Today my boyfriend went to this Pep Boys to get a part put on his car and it took them over 4 hours to tell him he had the wrong part.. \r
