This is by far the worst building I have ever rented in. Parke Lane is run by some huge conglomerate, which hires idiotic peons at minimum wage who feed you complete bullshit when you look at a place (e.g., no construction, no noise, restaurants moving to area). Then they'll overcharge you for everything under the sun (e.g., over the top pet rent, don't expect to get any of your security deposit bank) and will threaten you should there be any sort of dispute as to payment. Parke Lane drove me to buy a place! I've rented in many many buildings and have never had such a terrible experience. Please help keep their vacancy rate high!
