BILT RITE IS BILT WRONG!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 4/29/2010

This will be the first and last time I will ever buy a product from Bilt Rite Furniture!! I purchased a dining room table and chairs which I absolutely loved when I saw it on the floor. Amazingly, Bilt Rite said they could deliver the set within two weeks! That sounded wonderful! Unfortunately, when I got my table, it was broken! The delivery men told me to keep the furniture and call the store. In doing so, I got on the phone with the manager Maureen, who all but told me it was ok if the table had imperfections in it, being "mass produced and all." She further told me she was just very busy and had personal matters to worry about, therefore it would not be possible to take a look at my furniture for several more weeks. I immediately got the feeling I was bothering her and didn't feel that she was going to help me. Per her suggestion, I ended up e-mailing her pictures of the broken table the very next day..
