I wish I had looked online before I went to this office. Rotterdam, NY. I just left work drove like a mad woman because I was having dental pain to sit in a chair, and be told by a pipsqueak of a dentist that he can't see anything wrong with my tooth so he'll have to refer me to their specialist. They roped me into that horrible plan from care credit last year. You would think I had learned my lesson. I don't think they are real dentists. Every time you need something done you have to be referred to a specialist or come back. They find all kinds of ways to charge you for things you've never heard of in all the years going to a real dentist. That deep cleaning cost me over $600. Not to mention they told me that the IV anesthesia would be covered by my insurance for extractions and it wasn't. For the love of God people find a real dentist. Don't go to Aspen Dental. It's all a rip off.
