I would drive through Texas in the summer in a car with no a/c to get this BBQ !!
The restaurant is still relatively new, which is why a BBQ aficionado such as myself has not stumbled on it sooner. When the meat arrives it is succulent, hot and has the perfect amount of smoke ring on it. I, of course, was skeptical, as I have been fooled before by perfect presentation but this is the real deal. It tasted like my grandpa used to make when I was a kid! The only downside to the whole place is that if you are not there early, they might run out! the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the beer was ice cold. My complements to the BBQ chef!! I am a true fan!
Pros: awesome BBQ!
Cons: Get there before it is all gone!
