New Patient paperwork was sent to my residence so I did not have to fill at office on day of visit. Front staff was efficient and somewhat friendly. Wait time was short to be taken to exam room. Was told that Dr. Naylor was running late and was not yet at the office. Still not too long of a wait since being told of his tardiness. When Dr. Naylor did arrive he quickly asked me a few questions and would immediately interrupt me and would not let me get a word in. It almost became comical then annoying. Was sent home with some samples (nice) and prescriptions. \r
I left feeling very rushed and was mostly insulted to not be able to have any input or to be able express my concerns regarding my care to the point where I called the office to change Doctors.\r

Overall, nice clean office but staff did not go out their way to be friendly nor would I recommend Dr. Naylor or Dermatology Associates to any of my family or friends.
Pros: Nice waiting area with tv's and magazines
Cons: Doctor constantly commanded conversation;interrupted.
