Had me claim chapter 7 bankruptcy knowing the outcome and now, my mother's home, not my home is being auctioned off on May 3rd. I have limited time to get out of the house and my mother is sick in a nursing home. If she did recover, she would have no place to go. This is inexcusable!\r
