I once called this veterinary office, asking for worm medicine for my outdoor cat. The person who answered the phone practically shouted at me to inform me that the ""vet would be mad"" that my cat was not taking Frontline.\r

This office saw my dog and said the tumor on her leg should be removed. When I made an appointment for the surgery, the front desk told me I could not stay with my dog until she was sedated. When I tried to say she has severe separation anxiety, I was abruptly informed that they ""deal with that all the time.""\r

When I took my dog in for the surgery, the front desk person dragged her around the office by her collar and leash. I feel so bad I didn't say anything, but I called as soon as I got home to protest. At that time they told me my dog had been panting and choking and coughing since I left their office. They wanted to postone the surgery until my dog quieted down. By the time I got there to pick her up, they had decided they 'could no longer do the surgery"" (the same surgery they had described in detail to me!). My dog continued to cough for over 24 hours. She is now terrified of vets' offices and refuses to get out of the vehicle when we are in town. This is not a good place.
