I have an invoice that I have a question about. Not a big deal, it just needs to be answered before I will pay my bill. I have left SIX voicemails for BETH in billing and she has never returned one call, even though her voicemail states that she will reply within 24 hours. I have tried for over a month to contact her. I even went to RMUC website and left a comment, asking that somebody contact me before I pay my bill. That's been over three weeks and I haven't heard from ANYONE!\r

Also on the date of my service in Boulder, I sat in the waiting room for a ridiculously long time, even though not one other person entered or left the building. During this time, I was subjected to listen to the stupidest T.V. show with the filthiest language that every few words were deleted. Pathetic.\r

I would rate this business with zero stars if it was offered. NEVER go here! There are other places out there.
