The staff is very friendly and professional. My only complaint is this place is Extremely Expensive. Do not believe that their prices are the same as your vet. THAT IS NOT TRUE! Trust me. There is a $125 fee for your pet to be seen on top of the care they give and supplies. My dog's eye popped out a little (not hanging, just bulged) and I gently pushed it back in and kept it lubricated with saline solution (did everything right). The only thing they did was stitch the eye close with two stitches. Desperate and eager for emergency care on a Saturday, they were able to talk me into a "surgery" (2 stitches) that ended up costing me $700. Again, all they did was put two stitches in his eye, gave me an elizabethan collar, and a 5ML bottle of oral antibiotic. Took him to the vet for a follow-up and he told me that he would have charged me $150 total for everything. Unfortunately he was not open on the weekend.
