Banfield appears to care more about their bottom line, than the health of their clients' pets. I found their pricing to be in excess of 3 times what other vets charge for the same procedure(s). They kept pushing their "Wellness Program" which is their version of pet insurance. But with the program's expense and coverage, it's not much cost savings at all. Their corporate attitude was quite apparent. \r
I needed a quote for a procedure, and it took the doctor 3 days to call me back, even after I contacted the facility daily seeking an answer.
