When I walked into Michael DiGiacomo's office my mind was open. From the first moment with him, I felt I was as important to him as any of the famous people on the walls. He listened, he asked questions, he explained and he would not do what was not necessary. He took into consideration my self, which is more than my feet, and treated my person.\r
