The last time we went, we were told 1.5 hour wait, but it turned out to be only about 20 minutes. The place was crowded, but there is enough room in-between tables so you don't feel like a herd of cattle. (no pun intended).
The chickens wings blow away any others that I've ever had. They seem to be grilled and coated, rather than fried.
The portions are not huge, but big. The prices are very reasonable. Lunch for two was about $48 plus tip. And we had left-overs to take home.
The real surprise for me was the side-dishes. Most places I've eaten the sides aren't taken seriously and are usually slopped on as filler. The dinosaur's sides were very fresh and could be a satisfying meal on there own.
Pros: Some of the best bbq around. Even the sides are fresh.
Cons: Crowded, long waits sometimes.
