i brought my van in for a transmission..i researched places to go and it said to take it to a certified transmission shop and the only certified shop was this one..\r

now i wished i took it to someone else..certified or not they are horrible.\r

i brought my van in on a thursday they where suppose to tear it apart and let me know what was wrong. well come tuesday i believe they had done that. suppose to be 3 days and it would be done ..i dropped my van off march 18th and today is april 9th and my van is done but it is still broken as the computer system is now broken...\r

buyer beware...i will not take any vehicle to them...they are slow and never return a phone call ...they would say well call by noon. come 3 o'clock my husband would have to call..\r

very bad business...dont know how to pick up a phone and actually take the 3 days they quote you...\r

next time im going to anyone else. so after getting my van back its still doing the same thing. it was probably the computer the whole time and not the tranny...they missed diagnoised and charged me for there mistake..who knows if i even have a new tranny in the van
