The initial phone call should have tipped me off! The owner of Sundown Pet Cemetary is an incredibly insensitive person.Some of her comments were:""well, you have to give me some notice."" (Sorry, I didn't know my cat was going to die!) ; ""Is the animal dead yet?"" (ummm...yes- thus the phone call) When my family was on the way to drop off our kitty, she called and told me that I sent them to the wrong address. It was my fault?! She never said that it was a different location than the phone book! When they got there she continued with her insensitive comments. My daughter asked if she could be there for the burial. Absolutely not. She didn't know when they'd get around to burying him!!! ""It's just an animal.""!!! More insensitive comments followed to cause my daughter to sob. This ""business"" should be shut down immediately! Insensitive,nasty owner is Earline Hector.
Cons: Incredibly insensitive treatment!
